Analytical Electro Chemist

An experienced analytical Electro Chemist is required to support chemistry & photolithography used in semiconductor wafer processing. Develop and refine chemistry processes. Maintain Lab to ISO 9000 process levels and conformance to EPA and OSHA regulations. Develop and maintain all production SPC parameters. Must have a BS in Chemistry. Desire experience with HPLC, ICP, Photolithography, Electroplating, Etching, Semiconductors and thin-film metals.

• Develop and run ICP processes
• Maintain chemical processes required for Electroplating of Semiconductor Material
• Continuous improvement on existing chemical processes
• Maintain lab to ISO 9000 level of operation
• Responsible for safety and chemical processes
• Responsible for all chemical waste disposal
• Develop new plating processes
• Assist in developing new process machinery
• Train and support customer base
• Aid in installing new process lines
• Responsible for lab safety and cleanliness
• Maintain statistical control of plating processes
• Communicate with the organization using computer based tools

Multi-Disciplined Sr. Wafer Process Engineer

Successful candidates will possess the ability to apply chemical, mechanical, electrical, materials and manufacturing engineering skills to design, develop, troubleshoot and advance the overall performance of thick-film photoresist processes employed for the manufacture of high-aspect ratio electroplated features (bumps) on semiconductor wafers

This position requires seven (5+) years of hands on photolithography process development/advancement & production experience in support of existing and new semiconductor wafer electroplating technologies.

Required Education:

• B.S. or Higher Degree in Engineering, M.S. preferred in Materials, Chemistry, Engineering Science or Electrical Engineering

Duties:
• A legitimate track record of developing novel and commercially manufacturable thick-film photolithography processes used to facilitate the electro-deposition of metals & metal alloys onto wafers.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of electrochemistry, specifically as to its application of electrodeposited metals through thick-film photoresist vias on wafers.
• Understanding and application of design methods for Design for Manufacturing & Design for Six Sigma
• Hands on expertise with plasma processing and wet & dry stripping/etching techniques as well as knowledge of thin-film UBM sputter processes and how each of these affects the final electrodeposited result.
• Ability to combine measured data and failure analysis results with knowledge of the photolithography process to achieve manufacturing advancements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to design new photolithography process solutions to achieve uniform plating of high-aspect ratio vias across the surface of wafers.
• Experience with designing & conducting experiments, material characterization, interpreting results and applying statistical methods to advance efforts.
• Experience and complete understanding of protocol for working in a clean room environment

ElectroMechanical Technician

Experienced Technician needed to assemble and wire IMI in-house designed Semiconductor processing machinery. Perform preventive maintenance. Manage PM, calibration schedule and spare parts inventory. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, specifications and schematics. Clean room environment. Wiring and mechanical skills. PC literate. Tech school graduate minimum. Three to five years relevant experience. Familiar with Quality and Engineering standards.

Duties:
• Assemble and wire in house designed processing machinery to standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance and calibration schedule on equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and schematics.
• Record and monitor all quality control data.
• Must be able to work in a semiconductor clean room environment.
• Maintain all process procedures.
• Perform all work to established procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean room work environment.
• Ability to use electronic and mechanical measuring tools.
• Ability to work with computerized databases.
• Ability to work with chemical process equipment.
